dock.xplg.com is the hands-on side of XPLG. xplg.com tells you what the products do and why; dock is where you deploy them, get a license, see what your deployments report and get help. One page per question, one action per page.
Who it is for
- Developers, DevOps, SRE, security and platform teams who want to run PortX, XpoLog, LogX, Audity or Flux on their own infrastructure or in their cloud account, and who want the first try to succeed.
- Admins and finance who need licenses, usage, invoices and support tickets in one place, next to the deployments they belong to.
- Partners (resellers, MSSPs, cloud partners) who register deals, build offers from the published price models and need materials and demo environments.
- XPLG sales, engineers and support, who work in the same workspace as the customer instead of a separate tool.
What is public
You can read everything that helps you decide and start without an account:
- Deploy: the steps for Docker, Kubernetes, virtual machines, the AWS, Azure and Google Cloud marketplaces, and XPLG Cloud. The commands use placeholders; the version with your key is signed in.
- Docs: get started, deploy, products, integrations, API, security, licensing.
- Pricing: how each product is priced (the unit and the model) and the commercial terms. No price list, by design: an offer applies the model to your volume and term.
- Changelog and this blog.
- Support: the support portal, the sales contacts and the support terms in short.
What needs a sign-in
The workspace is per organization. When you create one, an evaluation license and an allocation of XMC AI tokens are issued automatically, and the first page shows what to do next.
- Deployments: register a node or cluster, get the command rendered with your real key, and see what reports in (product, version, environment, last seen).
- Licenses and usage: the licenses issued to your organization, their terms and renewals, and the usage your deployments report, including the AI token balance.
- Offers and invoices: quotes you received (accept or decline), orders and invoices.
- Tickets: support tickets tied to your account, license and deployments.
- Team: members, roles, SSO and the company profile.
- Partner Hub (partner organizations): linked customers, deal registration, offers, materials and demo environments.
Where to start
If you have ten minutes, create a workspace, copy the Docker command from Deployments and watch the node report in. The narrative version of that path is the next post: Deploying XPLG with Docker in ten minutes.
