Azure Marketplace

Subscribe on Azure Marketplace, deploy to a resource group, pay on your Azure bill.

Full guide in the docs

Who this is for

Cloud teams on Azure, including customers who commit spend through the Microsoft agreement.

Prerequisites

  • An Azure subscription with permission to purchase marketplace offers and create resources in a resource group.
  • A virtual network and a network security group rule that allows the console port from where you will use it.

Steps

  1. 1

    Subscribe on the listing

Open the XPLG offer, choose a plan and accept the terms shown by Azure.

  2. 2

    Deploy to a resource group

Choose the region, the VM size and a managed disk for data, then create the deployment.

  3. 3

    Open the console

When the resource is running, open the console on its address. Complete the first-run screen, then register the deployment in your workspace so it can be licensed and tracked.

  4. 4

    See the subscription in dock

Signed in, link the marketplace subscription to your organization. It then appears under Licenses, and consumption under Usage.

  • Azure Marketplace offer URL and plan names.
  • Console port and data disk layout.
  • The link step: how a marketplace subscription is attached to the organization.

Next: register, license, usage

  • Register the deployment

Connect the node to your workspace so it can be licensed and tracked.

  • Get an evaluation license

Attach the evaluation license and its XMC AI tokens to the deployment.

  • Next steps

Bring in data, watch usage, automate with the API.
